A new report has been published by Policy Cloud outlining the final design of the Pilot scenarios.

The report is the final version of Use Case Scenarios Definition & Design which gives the refined versions of the visualisation requirements and KPIs per use case.

The KPIs are classified in three categories: business, technical and scenario related. The modelled policies are implemented and monitored through the Policy Development Toolkit against these KPIs. 

The information collected from the different stakeholders participating in the pilots, as well as from the previous experience and know-how of the project partners, has shaped the final definition of the use case scenarios. This report serves as the basis for the definition of the main features to be provided by Policy Cloud tools and models in the different pilots’ implementation.
