Use Case Scenarios Definition & Design

Policy Cloud has published Use Case Scenarios Definition & Design. Authored by experts from Policy Cloud partner organisations Sarga, Maggioli, Municipality of Sofia, and London Borough of Camden, the report describes the work completed by the end of month 8.

As the first deliverable describing the pilot use cases and scenarios that will help the testing and development of the Policy Cloud platform, the document describes the different scenarios, identifies the key stakeholders, and lays out the main KPIs of each pilot use case from three points of view - political, technical, and business. 

Combining information from the pilot use cases themselves with the learning acquired by partners through previous experience, the document effectively provides the foundation for defining the features to be delivered by Policy Cloud in order to facilitate pilot use case implementation.
